Money-Back Guarantee

Our 14-day guarantee in plain terms — what it covers, what it does not, and exactly how to claim it.

Please note. This document is a general template provided for information only. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction or business. Have it reviewed and adapted before relying on it.

1. The promise

Try AutoPilot for 14 days. If it is not right for your business, ask for your money back and we will return the full amount of your first payment. No justification required, no retention call, no conditions about how much of the product you used.

This page states the guarantee in plain language. The complete refund terms, including renewals and annual plans, are in our Refund Policy, and both sit under our Terms of Service.

2. What the guarantee covers

  • The first payment on any new paid subscription, monthly or annual.
  • The full amount charged — not a partial or pro-rated portion.
  • Requests made within 14 days of that first payment.
  • Accounts that used the product fully during the period, including generating and publishing content. Using what you paid for does not void the guarantee.

3. What it does not cover

We would rather be clear about the edges than have you discover them at an awkward moment:

  • It applies once per customer or organisation. Cancelling and resubscribing does not start a new 14-day window.
  • It does not extend to renewal payments. Those are covered by the separate provisions in our Refund Policy.
  • It does not cover accounts closed by us for breach of the Terms of Service.
  • It is not a performance guarantee. We do not promise a ranking, a traffic figure or a conversion rate, and dissatisfaction with a business outcome after the 14 days is not a refundable event.

4. How to claim

Send us a message through the contact form from the email address on your account and say you would like to use the guarantee. That is the whole process.

We acknowledge within two business days and process approved refunds within five. Funds usually appear on your statement 5 to 10 business days after that, depending on your bank.

Before you claim, export anything you want to keep. Once the refund is processed the account closes and data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Content already published to your own website or social accounts stays exactly where it is — it is yours.

5. Why we offer it

AutoPilot asks for something unusual: that you let software handle a function most companies keep close. That is a reasonable thing to be cautious about, and a 14-day window with an unconditional exit is the fairest way we know to let you evaluate it on your own site rather than on a demo.

If you do claim, we would genuinely like to know why. It is optional, it will not slow the refund, and it is the most useful feedback we receive.
